Please read all ingredients prior to purchase to make sure that you are not allergic to any ingredients. If you are unsure then please perform a patch test by taking a small amount of product to your inner arm and discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
None of our products are intended to cure or treat any conditions. The FDA has not evaluated any products or statements from Truly Smooth Skintique.
Please consult your physician if you are pregnant or have any serious conditions. Do Not ingest products or eat products. Please keep out of reach of children.
We are not responsible for any damaged or melted products. No refunds or reshipments will be sent for any of the above named reasons. If your butter or any product arrives melted we recommend place the product in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes and allow it to solidify and use as is.
Please remember we are still in a pandemic and due to Covid-19 shipping could take longer. Please be patient during this time.
The color of some of the products differ in person then what you may see by picture or video. That is mainly due to lighting.
All products are made for external use only and should be used within one year of opening. We recommend you keep products in dark cool place for longevity.
Shipping:
Processing times for retail products are 3-5 business days and wholesale orders take 7-10 business days.
We use USPS for shipping and that may take 2-5 business days.
We are NOT responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed packages. Once your package has shipped and you receive a tracking number we are NOT responsible for anything. You are to contact USPS and make a claim or give them your tracking number and go from there. We will NOT issue refunds nor will we replace items that are not our responsibility. For all lost, stolen, delayed, and delayed packages [please contact USPS.
If your package is returned due to not signing for (yes you may be required to sign for some packages) or you putting the incorrect address you will be responsible for paying the shipping again.
If you want to properly check and track your package you must put the correct email address when placing your order. Your tracking information is automatically generated with each order so if you do not receive tracking and you have checked your spam then most likely you have entered the wrong address and will have to wait until your package arrives.
Refunds:
All sales are final.
Truly Smooth Skintique does not accept any returns. If you believe you have received the wrong product send us an email to @trulysmoothskintique@gmail.com and we will check your order and go from there.
Any refunds that may have to be issued due to our mistake will be given in the form of store credit.
There will be no exclusions or exceptions to this refund policy.
